Born and raised with over 40 years combined experience in the local real estate market, PMI Miami Lakes is your one stop shop for all your short term rental needs.
Born and raised in Miami, FL. Jesse began his career in the real estate financing realm, closing over 2000 transactions. He has owned and managed a real estate firm and several other companies as well as owning several profitable short term rentals in South, FL.
Co-founder of PMI Miami Coast, Javi made his name in real estate as one of the top koan officers in South Florida. Becoming an investor and horrible management experiences is what led to his desire to offer top quality property management services.
Hannel has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016, but got her start in the industry in 2003. From title agent, to MLO, and now a real estate agent she is a multi-faceted tool, serial networker and the face of PMI Miami Coast. She also lends her time as a governor on the board of the Miami Realtor Association, the second largest association in the United States.
